Welcome to AuTie, a community platform designed to support parents of children on the autism spectrum and connect them with trusted service providers. By using the AuTie app, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the AuTie platform. By creating an account or using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Payments

• All payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Payments cover services such as:
  • Wallet top-ups
  • Subscription plans
  • Advertisement purchases
• All payments are non-refundable. This applies to all transactions, including unused or canceled services.
• We do not offer partial or full refunds under any circumstances.

3. Wallet

• Funds added to your AuTie Wallet are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Wallet funds can only be used within the app for supported services.

4. Content Guidelines

• All content posted must be respectful, supportive, and relevant to the autism community.
• Users must not post offensive, misleading, or harmful material.
• We reserve the right to remove any content at any time without prior notice.
• Repeated violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Ads and Promotions

• Ads must be relevant to the autism community (e.g., therapies, services, educational tools).
• We may reject or remove any ad that violates our standards, without refund.

6. Changes to Terms and Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update these Terms and our Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the app after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
